   AI Engineer Intern

   NewWay.IT GmbH & Co. KG, Wörth an der Isar, Germany

   • Designed a multi-stage AI dispatch agent for the DocBee ticketing system. It reads incoming tickets, analyses the issue and researches a fix in tiers: the internal knowledge base first, web search above a confidence threshold, then its own recommendation.
   • Built a sub-agent handoff that creates service entries with effort estimates from the ticket content.
   • Automated knowledge-base articles from closed tickets, triggered by status and tag conditions.
   • Built n8n workflows that read and write Hudu assets and articles over its REST API, plus a custom MCP server that exposes Hudu functions as tools for the agent.
   • Built an AI document-intake pipeline for DocuWare that classifies incoming documents, extracts structured data and files each one in the right cabinet by content and sender.
   • Delivered an end-to-end DocuWare and DocuSign integration: new contracts go out for e-signature and the signed version replaces the original automatically.
   • Contributed to a multi-channel marketing pipeline (social, email, landing pages, SEO content) with human-in-the-loop approval in Microsoft Teams, and debugged its routing and workflow logic.
   • Documented every AI system (purpose, configuration, prompts, workflow steps) and moved hardcoded credentials into a secrets vault.

2. Apr 2025 to now

   Co-founder and Senior Developer

   • Co-founded a software studio and shipped more than 30 projects across web, mobile, databases and cloud.
   • Lead builds end to end, from scoping with the client to deployment and support.
   • Design databases and cloud setups that stay fast and affordable as clients grow.

3. May 2023 to Jan 2026

   Associate Systems Analyst

   Altera Digital Health, New York, US (remote)

   • Automated enterprise-wide reporting, replacing manual exports with scheduled, validated pipelines.
   • Designed ETL workflows in SQL and Python with data-quality and validation checks.
   • Built KPI dashboards in Power BI, Tableau and Excel VBA, and ran statistical analysis and hypothesis tests with Product Management.
   • Named Employee of the Year and received more than four performance awards.

4. Dec 2022 to Apr 2023

   Embedded Systems Engineer Intern

   Niyantras, Vadodara, India

   • Built RTSP video streaming to the cloud for a smart doorbell, and added computer-vision processing that cut latency by 20%.
